He led a 360-degree, root-cause analysis and initiated change management. Over 4 months, these efforts transformed competency models and job descriptions, enabled assessment of incumbent talent, and identified/filled gaps while achieving a 25% payroll reduction. The following year, sales more than doubled (to 120%), the highest growth rate in company history.

Revenue Generation and Competitive Displacement

A challenge presented itself to build a global Value Engineering Practice to drive better value selling for accounts, as previous efforts proved unsuccessful due to inadequate skills and experience among Consultants. Approved by the SVP and given full authority; Ken interviewed stakeholders, analyzed go-to-market strategies, and designed Value4U, a model focused on selling and measuring the success of products based on value. This led to a sales goal achievement increase from <50% to 70% in the first quarter, a 25% increase in the demand generation pipeline, and a 3x (106%) increased budget in the first quarter.
